Time Tunnels

Time Tunnels is a product of my attempt to dismantle and understand the process known as "intergenerational transmission". In this body of work, I have focused on the expression of the process of memory itself, as opposed to the object of memory. My father’s dark memories were conveyed to me in an optimistic and illuminated manner. Thus, the recurring element in this body of works is tunnels whose near end is dark while the far end is a bright place - "the light at the end of the tunnel".
